8WEEK Boxing Bootcamp Challenge

Our  8week challenge caters for both men and & women of ALL fitness levels from beginner to advanced! It will help you become healthier, fitter and more confident.
The challenge incorporates boxing, cardio, bootcamp, kickfitness, Hiit, strength and core work for a guaranteed full body workout!
Cost is $240 for the 8 week program and includes
- 3x night classes per week 
-2x morning classes per week
-Weigh in and measurements taken week 1 and week 8
- Fitness testing done week 1 and week 8 so you can see your improvements!
- 24hour support
- Nutritional advice (meal plan available extra cost)
-FREE healthy recipe e-book
- Access to our private Facebook group where you get weekly challenges and motivation to help keep you on track, motivated and striving for your goals!
- Prizes for most body fat percentage lost, centimeter loss and most improved in fitness!
Training session days and time-
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30pm-7:30pm
Tuesday & Thursday 6am-7am
ALL classes held at Jamison Park, Penrith
